Ride Don’t Hide
June 23, 2019 @ 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
A nation-wide movement for a judgement-free Canada, Ride Don’t Hide is the largest mental health bike ride in the country.
Ride Don’t Hide provides a chance for Canadians to show up for mental health. By riding in plain sight, we are smashing the stigma of mental illness and demanding that mental health be seen, be accepted, and be treated as just another part of the diverse human experience.
So many people face mental illness or addiction—50% of Canadians will have or have had a mental illness by the time they’re 40 years old. Stigma should not stop us from talking about it or seeking help for it.
Ride Don’t Hide raises critical funds to support CMHA programs that help Canadians protect, celebrate and support their mental health. Programs that change lives. Programs that save lives.
On June 23rd, 2019 and later in Quebec, Ride Don’t Hide will take place in communities from British Columbia to Newfoundland and Labrador to raise funds for essential mental health programs. Join thousands of Canadians who will cycle in plain sight to end the stigma of mental illness.
Get on your bike and join the movement. Ride. Don’t hide.
